Integrity, Expertise & Leadership

Built on salt-of-the-earth ethics and a no-nonsense approach to business, the Chapman reputation for Tucson commercial real estate is of the highest caliber of real estate expertise and integrity.

We strive to maintain the highest level of professional service in all facets of our business. As a client-focused company, we measure our successes according to the benefits realized by our clients and provide personal attention and solid advice at every turn. It is our in-depth knowledge of the local market and a commitment to excellence that delivers an unparalleled level of quality.

“We have the intellectual capital to contribute to what makes a real estate investment tick. We review and make all decisions from an investor’s perspective. As real estate owners ourselves, we understand the nuances of real estate ownership and the financial architecture involved with structuring a profitable asset.” Swain Chapman, Managing Member.

The Chapman’s are a two generation CCIM family. The CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation is widely recognized as the Ph.D. of commercial real estate. It requires extensive coursework in financial analysis, market analysis, and investment analysis.

Only about 6 % of commercial real estate practitioners worldwide hold this designation. When advising clients on timing the market or evaluating long-term investment potential, our clients benefit from drawing on a multigenerational understanding of market cycles that few other brokers can access. In addition, we are unique as we have 5 accredited CCIM professionals who contribute to our company’s brain trust with over 100 years of combined investment experience.

As a relationship-driven firm, Chapman Management Group is committed to serving the interests of our clients. Our team is empowered to use their expertise to maximize the client investment and are rewarded for their successes. It’s the loyalty of our team and commitment to our clients that set us apart.

Our philosophy today is the same as when we first started: To lead and improve the investor experience with integrity, ensure the highest quality investments and personalized service our clients can depend on.
